The Office of Bilingual College Services offers (in English and Spanish) academic and career counseling using a "one-stop center" approach to best meet the needs of the ESL and BESL students, referred CalWORKs students, those interested vocational/job training, and/ or re-entry students enrolling in ESL and short-term job training programs. Matriculation services for ESL/BESL students available at the Office of Bilingual College Services includes college orientation, ESL/BESL assessment, group and individual counseling, registration, and assistance completing the college application and the financial aid applications (FAFSA and Fee Waiver). This office also welcomes and assists those students who are transferring from Ventura College's East Campus/Off-Campus Programs to the VC main campus.

La Oficina de Servicios Bilingües ofrece (en ínglés y en español) consejería académica y de carreras para estudiantes de inglés como segundo idioma (ESL/BESL), estudiantes referidos por CalWORKS, estudiantes interesados en entrenamiento de trabajo, o estudiantes que regresan al colegio después de una larga ausencia. Los servicios de matriculación que se ofrecen en esta oficina son: orientación a services estudiantiles, asesoría académica para cursos de ESL/BESL, consejería para el individuo o en grupo, inscripción, asistencia en completar la solicitud del Colegio y formas para ayuda financiera (FAFSA y dispensa de cuotas - fee waiver). Esta oficina también ayuda a estudiantes que van a transferirse del Campus del Este del Colegio de Ventura en Santa Paula al Colegio de Ventura en la ciudad de Ventura.
