for Excellence
The Center for Excellence represents one of many initiatives funded by the Chancellor’s Office of the California Community Colleges. It assists us in establishing economic development partnerships and in working with regional colleges and business and industry in the development and delivery of performance-based training and related services. Performance-based training links performance objectives to bottom line business objectives.
Services
Our services include:
- Conducting needs analysis, utilizing current techniques that begin
the process of performance improvement within your organization
- Identifying proven ways of increasing employee productivity
- Helping your organization stay competitive in the ever changing global
market
- Increasing employee retention and decreasing turnover, reducing hiring
and training costs of new employees
- Developing customized performance work aides, skills training on and off-site, specialized management and organizational consulting and coaching services
Fees
