At the Ventura College Institute for Community & Professional Development, we are dedicated to delivering customized training and services to meet your business needs. We begin by working with you to assess exactly what challenges your company may be facing, and then we develop a customized, cost-effective approach to address these challenges. Every performance intervention we offer is based on well-defined, measurable goals to ensure that, by the end of training, all needs are effectively met and you reap the maximum return on your investment.

The Catalog of Workplace Training and Learning Opportunities represents an overview of courses that are available for our customized training programs. It is designed to provide an overview of the types of courses that are available. It is not inclusive and will continue to change to meet the ongoing needs of our business partners. These courses may be taught at our training facility, or at your work site, whichever is more convenient for you. All of these courses can be tailored to meet your specific needs.
